The IEEE Electron Devices Society invites nominations for the 2022 Ph.D., Masters, and Undergraduate Student Fellowships. These annual awards are given to promote, recognize, and support graduate, masters, and undergraduate level study and research within the EDS field of interest.
For both Ph.D. and Masters, it is expected that at least one fellowship will be awarded to a student in each of the following geographical regions: Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia/Pacific.
For the Undergraduates, it is expected that at least one fellowship to each eligible student in each of the IEEE geographical Regions 8, 9, and 10 and two fellowships in Regions 1-7 not exceeding one from Region 7.
