IEEE SLInspire – Western Province Career Compass Session 2026

Western Province Career Compass 2026 is a premier educational outreach and career guidance program organized by the IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka, in collaboration with IEEE Student Branch of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, under the IEEE Sri Lanka Inspire (SLI) national project.
Specifically designed for Ordinary Level (O/L) students, this signature initiative bridges the critical knowledge gap between secondary school education, advanced study streams, and professional careers. Through targeted guidance tracks, motivational sessions, and interactive peer mentorship, the program equips students with the clarity, confidence, and perspective needed to make informed educational decisions.
