IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit Panamá 2026

The IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit (ILS) Panama 2026 is a global event organized by IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) — Panama Section, under the theme "Leading with Purpose: Driving Innovation for a Sustainable Future".
This gathering will bring together more than 100 leaders, professionals, and students from the technology sector across the region, in a space dedicated to leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and empowerment. Through keynote speeches, expert panels, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, ILS Panama 2026 aims to inspire the next generation of technology leaders and strengthen the bonds of the IEEE community at both regional and international levels.
The event thematic tracks are:
– Track 1: Empowerment, Inclusive Leadership & AI for Impact
– Track 2: Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Sustainability
