WIE DAY PR&C Section 2026

In celebration of IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Day 2026, the IEEE Puerto Rico and Caribbean Section proudly presents an inspiring event centered on this year’s global theme, “Technology with Purpose: Innovate Responsibly, Inspire Globally, Lead with Integrity.” This event will bring together distinguished leaders and professionals from diverse STEM disciplines to explore how purpose-driven innovation, ethical leadership, and a commitment to positive societal impact are shaping the future of engineering and technology. Through an engaging Executive Panel, Leading with Integrity – Women Shaping the Future of STEM, and a Fireside Chat, Purpose-Driven Leadership in STEM, attendees will gain valuable insights from accomplished women leaders who are driving change, breaking barriers, and inspiring the next generation of engineers. The program seeks to foster meaningful conversations on responsible innovation, leadership with integrity, mentorship, and the vital role that women play in advancing technology for the benefit of communities around the world.
