James Ritchie III

Vice-Chair Communications

James is an Electrical and Computer Engineer with the Federal Aviation Administration in the U.S. He currently works in the Modeling and Simulation Branch in NextGen and does software development and project management. Projects he has worked on includes optimization algorithms developed for creating flight encounters and tools used for air traffic analysis.

He is the Young Professional Representative of the IEEE Systems Council and the treasurer of the IEEE Southern New Jersey Section. James received the Young Professional Award in the Southern New Jersey Section in 2016, and is highly active in many young professional events in IEEE.
