Upcoming conference for Students and Young Professionals

  Are you free from 2-4 January? Region 6 is hosting their premiere event, dubbed the 2015 IEEE Rising Stars Conference. Many topics on the event program are highly relevant to Young Professionals: mentorship, entrepreneurship, and branding. Special discounts for Student and Young Professional members!

Taking place in Las Vegas at the Riviera Hotel, this conference is in conjunction with Storage Visions as well as the Consumer Electronics Showcase, which both occur just after the conference.

Registration for the conference closes on the 26th December, so register now!

Some of the 2015 MGA Young Professionals committee will also be making an appearance, so we hope to see you there!

Do you use Facebook? We are phasing out our old Facebook Group.

  Our Facebook Group (image: top left) has seen a lot of action, and we thank you all for your support over the years. We are phasing out our Facebook Group, and as of 20 December it will be closed.

All is not lost, however. Going forward, we are focusing on using our Facebook Page (image: bottom left) as the central page for the Global Young Professionals Community.

For those that are members of the Group - please LIKE our Facebook Page. There, you will continue to receive updates from the global Young Professionals team, announcements, as well as useful posts that could help your professional development. Looking forward to seeing you there!
