Our editor in chief, Eddie Custovic caught up with Daniel Camacho, the IEEE Young Professional representative on the Electron Devices Society. Daniel tells us about his work at Intel and the work that goes on behind the scenes in designing a world famous Intel chip.

About Daniel:
Daniel Camacho was born in Colombia and studied at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana where he fell in love with electronics and electronics design work. Like many intelligent and ambitious Colombians he made his way to the United States where he pursued a masters degree in electrical engineering at the Southern Methodist University in Texas. As a student at SMU, Daniel was able to secure an internship with Intel which resulted in a full time position as a analog design engineer. Daniel is the Young Professionals representative on the IEEE Electron Devices Society and is a highly active member within the community.
