Ilse Jiménez is an engineering leader and the current Chair of the Training Subcommittee for IEEE Young Professionals. With a strong focus on professional growth, Ilse also served as an IEEE Industry Ambassador, where she workedto bridge the gap between global industry demands and the technical community.
Her leadership experience includes a successful tenure as the IEEE Day Regional Lead for Region 9, managing high-level coordination across Latin America.
Ilse is dedicated to creating strategic training frameworks that empower young engineers to excel in industrial environments and emerge as global leaders.
