2024 HAMILTON SECTION ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – Dec. 14 (Saturday) =>IMPORTANT UPDATES!!

You are cordially invited to attend the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hamilton Section taking place at Holiday Inn & Suites Oakville @ Bronte on Saturday, December 14, 2024 starting at 5:30 PM.
UPDATE #1 ==> Keynote speaker is now confirmed: Chris Norris, Past Chair, Board of Directors – Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association & Director of Hydrogen at Siemens Energy.
UPDATE #2 ==> take advantage of the reduced registration fee (now same as last year). Registration deadline is December 7, 2024. Seats are limited.
Cost: $20 for IEEE members, $10 for students or graduate student members, $30 for non-IEEE member guest.
Registration fees inclusive of deluxe dinner of your choice (beef, chicken, seafood, or vegetarian).
Parking is available at the venue for free.
The dress code is elegant casual.
Please register by the deadline and pay by credit card. Multiple registrations can be done at the same time, click "Add Another Guest" before you click "Register and Pay Now".
Each attendee must register so that a name tag is created for you.
