IEEE International Conference on the Science of Electrical Engineering

IEEE International Conference on the Science of Electrical Engineering (ICSEE) is the biennial flagship meeting of the IEEE Israel Section, bringing together local and international students, early-career researchers, academics, and industry professionals for a two-day comprehensive scientific conference in Israel’s capital, Jerusalem, on March 11–12, 2026.
The conference features a rich scientific program, including plenary lectures, tutorials and invited talks, as well as contributed papers and posters, and special symposia on emerging and timely topics.
