Technology for Public Safety, Not Public Surveillance

Our presenters will delve into the collaborative efforts of various agencies in deploying over 1500 cameras aimed at enhancing public safety. They will highlight the role of each agency in implementing these technologies and discuss the impact of these cameras on daily police operations. Additionally, some success stories will be shared to illustrate the tangible benefits of these initiatives.

Presentation to be hosted In-Person
Presentation will take place at the LUS Training Center in Lafayette, LA. We will be ordering pizza from Pizza Village. Please register by Wednesday, April 17th, 2024 at 2:00 pm to let us know you will be attending so the proper amount of food may be ordered. If you have any dietary restrictions, please provide upon registering.
A Professional Development Hour (PDH) will be provided upon completion. Cost for the meeting is due online upon registering:
