The IEEE YP & UCSD GBM – Transition to Young Professionals aims to educate and engage IEEE Student Members about the benefits and opportunities available through IEEE Young Professionals (YP).

The event will feature a dedicated presentation by IEEE YP San Diego, highlighting career development, mentorship, and networking opportunities post-graduation.

Students will learn about the transition from IEEE Student Membership to IEEE YP Membership, including the value of staying active in the IEEE community after graduation.

The session will include an interactive Q&A with IEEE YP members, allowing students to gain insights into industry connections, professional growth, and IEEE’s role in their careers.

The event will encourage stronger collaboration between UCSD IEEE Student Chapter and IEEE YP San Diego Section, fostering professional relationships that extend beyond the university.
