Yang Li is a Researcher at the automatic control group of the Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in power engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2015, and was with the Queensland University of Technology, Australia from 2016 to 2018. He has been associated with IEEE since 2011 as a member, scientific contributor, and volunteer. His current research interests include modeling, control, and applications of battery energy storage in the transport sector and electric power grid. He is passionate about helping young engineering graduates to reach the positions of professional maturity.
