Takuo Suzuki received his Ph.D. in engineering from the University of Tsukuba in Japan in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, he was an assistant professor at Yokohama National University in Japan. He joined Aichi Prefectural University as an assistant professor in 2015, became a lecturer in 2017, and has been an associate professor since 2019. His research interests include intelligent robotics and home medical systems. As a volunteer of the IEEE, he was a committee member of Tokyo GOLD Affinity Group (2013–2014), the founding chair of Nagoya YP Affinity Group (2015–2018), and the immediate past chair of the Region 10 YP Committee (2019–2020). He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
